Just back from the left coast to witness our own Scotty tie the knot. The beach ceremony was truly beautiful and every bit of it celebrated both the differences he and Atisa have and more importantly what brought them together. Both looked truly happy as they read their vows (Scotty worked in a little prose from Warren!) and looked into each other's smiling eyes. The reception was everything you'd expect from Scotty. They thought of everything to ensure their guests had a good time. We were honored to sit at the "Dreams" table.
Let it be known, Atisa sure knows how to channel Madonna and man can that girl Vogue!!
I had a great time catching up with Big Dave, Big Rich, Dino and meeting John and his fiance Stacy. Sharing a table with best man Pete was nothing less than hysterical. Quite a character, for sure. I can't understand why he hasn't been at a Beacon party yet. We'll have to work on that. Speaking of scheming, I think we've got the boys 95% convinced they need to grab Brent and get to Red Rocks in September. What a treat it would be to share some time in CO with this bunch.
The crew sure did look snazzy Saturday night in those pink (and guitar) ties!!! *smile*
