Great observations, hophead. Duane's leadership and obvious initiative is something I'm not sure Derek has, which he would need in order to produce an effect on the music industry similar to what I'm sure Duane would have had. Of course, Derek is still very young, and like you said, who knows in 30 years what he will be capable of.
