Angelemerald posted this on the forum just to add to what is known about Red Rocks: "SPECIAL ACOUSTIC GREGG ALLMAN/WARREN HAYNES SET AT RED ROCKS At Gov't Mule's show on Saturday September 2nd at Red Rocks there will be a special acoustic set by Gregg Allman and Warren Haynes. This is a very special one night only event, you do not want to miss it. You can still get in on the Red Rocks pre-sale right now through Mule Ticketing. A special two day pass is also available which will get you into the Mule show on 9/2, as well as the Allman Brothers show the night before (9/1). MULE TO PLAY SOME AUGUST DATES WITH ALLMANS For a few days in August Gov't Mule will be performing with The Allman Brothers Band leading into Labor Day Weekend in Red Rocks (Allmans 9/1; Mule 9/2). Now confirmed are dates in Holmdel, NJ, Guilford, NH, Scranton, PA and Green Bay, WI. On-Sale dates are not yet determined. LABOR DAY WEEKEND, REDROCKS: ALLMANS 9/1, MULE 9/2 Gov't Mule will be performing on Saturday, September 2, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO with Yonder Mountain String Band. Making this weekend even more special is The Allman Brothers will be performing on Friday, September 1 (also w/ Yonder Mountain String Band). One and Two Day tickets for Friday and Saturday will be made available. I put off buying tickets when they came on sale until I could find out more.
