Tony did make it to RR last year and even stopped by my house, but I know what a struggle the trip was-he took an extra day due to how strenuous it was for him (including pushing the car into a gas station LOL) and that, of course added to the cost of it. I also know of quite a few people including a number who were going to stay with me(feel free to acknowledge this) who could not come because we never heard anything official until late and the concert was in Sept.(two years prior for a Sept. Concert at RR the announcement was in Jan. and I bot tix in march while at the Beacon). Last year's frustration was "the final dots' were not on the contract, but people unofficially knew for months, and local radio announced for weeks before an 'official' announcement was made. People get frustrated. Rick T is having the same thing in Bhirminham currently. Bird wants to make plans. Is this so wrong! I do object to bring Lana or anyone's name into it because she is not the PR person or official band spokesperson, we just treat her as so because she is our connection, but she can't announce what isn't told. But I don't understand jumping on those who just want to support their band-maybe they want info that is not available, but that just makes them our brothers and sisters who want to go to a show.
