My very best to our sisters gathering for JSBC. Take a moment to look upon the faces of those among you, a moment to reflect on the lives in the room. And a moment to reflect on the man who left this world at such an early age, but not before accomplishing enough in his life to bring us to find each other.

I'm not a major NFL fan, but this year I have an interest. U of Ala. alum Shaun Alexander has been a great ambassador for my school, and former Seahawks offensive coordinator Ken Meyer has become a good friend.
