Hi Friends, I finally got had a chance to finish the 5/1/73 ABB CD last night. Very enjoyable show, Chuck really shines, showing his ability to stretch out on the log jams. Lamar was awesome as well. This lineup plays well as a unit as well. Shows off the jamming ability better than does the "Wipe The Windows" album. I think the overall sound quality on the 2/11/72 CD is better, but this 5/1/73 CD is definitely worth having. Hey Kirk and ABB Merchandise folks, How about making CD #5 from the '79 Enlightened Rogues Tour? Alot of great music on that tour, I saw the Bros twice in New England that year. That would give us a show for each of the past noteworthy lineups of the band.
