I’ve had a day to recover from the shows and the drive from Hot ‘Lanta to Louisville. First of all great big thanks to Pat Crenshaw for all the hospitality. I finally had the pleasure of meeting Buppalo, everything I had heard about Randy was absolutely true. Really enjoyed listening to Randy talk about the music, and no you weren’t boring me. I’m going to make it to Gadsden sometime this year. And Bluedad I just want to say the ARS sings “Crank up that trusty Gibson” not Fender. Lol. Great to meet you John. And it was a pleasure to meet all the other folks that are too numerous to name. And seeing old friends again. No better a way to ring in the New Year than with Libby, Denza, his friend Vicki, Lee, Brofan, and MusicCityBluesBro. The shows were just great. I liked Dereks’ show Friday better than Saturdays’ show. But I liked Susans’ show better on Saturday. And Scrapomatic played a very nice set on Saturday too. I thought the mix for Derek was better on Friday than on NYE, the reason I preferred Friday to Saturday nights' show. Many people that I know think I’m nuts to make these trips but spending the weekend with great folks listening to good music makes it all worthwhile. Hope to see you all soon Happy New Year
