( http://www.deepfreezevideo.com/ ) Rowland got it for me for Christmas and I was, needless to say, just a little excited! :bounce: Watching it was like, whoooosh, going back to the early 70s, re-capturing the peace, love, evangelizing, sexy, religious, energetic, enthusiastic, make you want to get up and dance and shake your love to the worldness of a Leon Live show. We watched it for the second time when our friend Tom Vold was over. Tom, a talented musician and Real Tripper, had never seen Leon perform before. His reaction?? In a nutshell, "So that's who Chris Robinson is trying to be! But this guy is the real deal! Look at that! His playing is incredible, totally surprising. Listen to all the styles he brings into the mix - watch how the whole band follows him. Man, every band would kill to have a front man like that! He's testifying and it's all totally him, not a show. Unreal." At the end of the show I re-heard a message from Leon that made *somewhat* of an impression on me over 30 years ago, "Gotta love somebody, gotta let it show."
