Neil...track down that 3/19/01 Beacon show with Chuck. He did the electric moog sounding keys on Liz Reed that night. You'll also note on the Nassau Archive release he does that sound during Jessica too, instead of the "grand piano" sound.
Still would love for a show to surface from the few very brief weeks that Berry & Chuck were in the band together. Other than the TV performance of Ramblin Man & W Post for "In Concert," I've never read where that Chuck-Berry lineup performed live for an audience. It was a powerful couple tunes if that's all there was live. Their few studio recordings together were legendary as well.
Still amazed these guys bounced back to be that good in May 1973 after a second death. Wow.
