I got this letter from a buddy back in the hills.
Cincinnati was rocking hard last night. The Christmas Mule, aka, ''The Government Mule" dropped in for the final show of their fall tour at Taft Theater. Final shows are supposed to be special and this one was no exception.
From the opening powerful renditon of ''Thorazine Shuffle'', to the encore appearance of local celebrity Peter Frampton joining Warren Haynes on guitar for a killer, and I do mean ''killer'' rendition of ''Born under a Bad Sign'', it was a special night. Albert King would have been proud.
What else can one say, except to quote Neil Young, "Live music is the best, bumper sticker coming soon"!!!
