RT..sorry your experience wasnt a great one, but I say this true..I missed you and wish you had stayed....I have always considered you a friend.... Scumbags suck! bet we could sell millions of bumber stickers with that little ditty..IMHO Neil , how you been? love to you and Jessica.... Helen, you beautiful woman you..I DID post a pix with a bunch of us, and again i cant help but notice , you must have one of the most BEST smiles in the world, lady... the pix with the boots must have gotten lost somewhere between cyber-space and heaven, but I do have one of my Grandaughter in them, promise I will post it, asap.. Heather bought me those boots, one Christmas.....she was such a sweet gentle soul.. As you know, those boots are LOUD..Heddy was legally blind..but even she could see those suckers....Thats why she loved them...I rarely wear them these days...THATS how special the JFD was for me...No offense meant to anyone elses HO.... When Kevin and I first starting going out to a few shows....after Heddy was grown, and Courtney/Lil Kevin were old enough to babysit (17&18) a few hours...mostly those first few dozen Dickey /FLA show, over a 3 year span)..I would pull on those boots, mist on a little Shalamar, and just before we would leave, (say 8 o'clock) tuck Heather in/kiss her goodnight....(she didnt go to sleep that early, but her and Court would watch Disney videos) Heather would look at me, from head to toe, breathe in my perfume, real deep, and then break out in the biggest smile, she couldnt really talk well, but she would sigh, the most beautiful, soulful sigh...LOVE personified.. Ya'll forgive me for being so personal....God bless you Helen....you brought back to me one of the best memories I will ever have on this good green earth...
