THANK YOU to each and every veteran...from those who passed long ago in battle...to those who passed long after the battle long ago...from those more recent veterans of the not so 'popular' battles...to family members and friends of those who have passed so tragically for our freedom.
I spent about an hour at my daughter's school today as they honored the local veterans - past and present. I couldn't help but think of my two deceased Grandfathers - both veterans of WWII - and all they gave over 60 years ago...really made me realize how lucky I am to be able to sit in a small gymnasium and listen to my wonderful daughter sing 'American the Beautiful'. Thank you Warren. Thank you Walter.
