I agree, Peachypetewi. Chisox are definitely of some nat'l interest, as they are from Chicago. But the Angels are not (or not much), even though they're from LA. Dodgers, Giants, Cubs, Yankees, A's, Bosox, Braves=big ratings. If (and we're talking divine intervention here) KC or D'Backs got to the Series, few outside KC or Phoenix would care. Marlins, who cares? Orioles--Cal ain't there any more--who cares? Rangers? Puh-leaze. Twins?? Reds? Used to be "A" list. Only reason they're even "B" list if because of Junior. Otherwise, see KC, AZ, FL, etc. Seattle has a good nat'l base. Not as high as the first group, but probably as high or slightly higher than Chisox, nationally. Mariners, Chisox and the Mets are probably neck and neck, interest-wise. Same for Indians and maybe the Phillies. 'Stros are probably in that group, also. At least they don't wear softball uniforms anymore. Pretty much, if you're an old-time franchise, people everywhere will watch. If not, ratings drop. Some if you're on the "B" list, and bigtime if you're on the "who cares" list. That's just the way it is. Horace EAPFP
