well, one little drip pan in a furnace that overflowed is the cause...gonna mean rebuilding two ceilings (bathroom and Dining room) recarpeting the whole place and redrywalling two walls..i am posting 10 feet from water drizzling in ...and I feel damm lucky...I just found it ironic considering all the flooding and misery..water is a damging force...it is one thing to watch it on TV..quite another to see it in your home (as I am sure many of us have from time to time..) thank God I have a great landlord that came right over and is fixing the leak...If you have not already given to the Red Cross, I encourage you to...
