Don't want to make this political, Rick, but on the conservative talk shows yesterday they were blaming the liberals for the fact that no new refineries have been built.... as always, it goes both ways.
I also agree that what this situation needs is leadership - which from all accounts seems to be what is lacking at the national level.....
