greg voorhees played bass in the gregg allman band from early 82 till the end of 83 when he was replaced by bruce waybill who had been second guitar/ guitar tech from the beginning of the gab in march 82. bruce played bass with gregg until the reformation of the abb in 89 and played occasionally in gregg and friends and was in great southern briefly a year or so ago.
