Neil! Thoughts and prayers for you. I had non- melanoma, but skin cancer things removed myself...scary, but very treatable if caught early enough...stay upbeat! Thanks for all the Birthday wishes from you all. I get the benefit of sharing the day with Jaimoe so more well wishes get piled on - THANKS! BTW....the Guest Book...... I read this thing here and even back to the previous web site for years as a lurker, often with the misguided notion that it was an already fully formed closed community that wouldn't know what to do with another guy....I was wrong. According to Webster the definition of family includes "a group of things having common characteristics." That's us - don't have to be biologically related to be family. Wish us all Happy Birthday if you want. Cry when bad news is posted by someone needing support if you want. Get red hot mad about the political views of someone if you want. Be awed by someone's knowledge of music or the Band's history if you want. Skip a bunch of posts if they don't matter to you if you want. Maybe you'll decide this isn't a place for you - no crime in that. Maybe you'll get to meet and know some folks who share a deep love for the music. Whatever the outcome...this isn't one of those "Gee, love your website" kind of Guest Books - it's the rolling dialog of a family...the love, the understanding and the misunderstanding, the arguements and all....it's unique.
