Here is Buffalo's obit from the Macon Telegraph today. Gerald "Buffalo" Evans -JULIETTE - Gerald "Buffalo" Evans passed away peacefully on Monday. Buffalo was known far and wide in the music industry and worked for the Allman Brothers Band for a number of years. A native Oklahoman, raised in California, he retired from Martha's Vineyard Airport Authority before moving to Macon. He was an interesting man, full of life and lots of stories. -He is survived by sisters Billie Sue Wagoner of Santa Anna, California, Jayne Evans, Charlotte, North Carolina and Nancy Hyatt, Camarillo, California. He joins brothers Duane Allman, Berry Oakley, Lamar Williams, Twiggs Lyndon, Joe Dan Petty and Rodney Groth in peace. Rock on boys! -Hart's Mortuary has charge of arrangements.
