Bocat, contact the venue! Most all arenas, venues, airlines, etc. are handicapped friendly. Especially if advanced arrangements are made. The Charlotte Coliseum holds the top row of the lower level seats for persons with handicaps until 24 hr.s prior to the show or sporting event. After the deadline these seats are turned over to the general public. My son and I have seen a Monster Truck show and a basketball game in these seats. So contact the venue directly. They'll have the answers your looking for.
