Is there a shipping and handling fee with my order?
Yes, whether you are pre-ordering for home delivery or pick up at the
show, you will be charged a $3.75 handling fee for the first CD ordered
and $0.75 per each additional CD ordered at the same time (US orders
only). International orders will be charged $5.50 shipping and handling,
maximum 1 CD allowed per order."
I still think that this would be good for the ABB sales. Hittin' the Note
could do the presales....I would order!!
