Depending on how you get your mail, just opening the damn thing will trigger it. I use Outlook Express and a regular ISP for email and I can't even look at the email body without it triggering the virus. If you use Internet Explorer or Netscape to view mail from hotmail or someplace like that, the email itself is safe. But don't open the attachment. I am basically tossing any attachment I receive. Things do seem to have slowed down on the Klez front though. Not getting near as many as before.
