Since my intial post was sort of trod on this morning, I'd like to re-post it. I think it deserves a re-read. NO FOOLING - THE RESULTS OF THE SECOND COSMIC AUCTION ARE IN: I wanted to let you all know that due to the generosity of the wonderful attendees and people of this beautiful guestbook, The Hospitality Sweeties are sending checks in the amount of $1,700.00 EACH to the Cami O'Brien Scholarship Fund and The Big House Foundation. Actually, due the the beyond generous donation of a very popular GB member, we are sending a check in the amount of $2,100.00 to the Cami Fund!!!!!!! Needless to say, I was floored when the money order for $400.00 (specfically requesting to go directly to the Cami Fund) arrived in my mailbox!! It was a beautiful, beautiful moment. God Bless you Sweetie. And as to the Big House Foundation, a check for $1,700.00 will be sent with the request that three bricks be purchased in honor of the HTN guestbook family. It is never too late to contribute to either cause. You can always make a donation directly to the Big House Foundation, they have their own website with additional information. If you would like to further contribute to the Cami O'Brien Scholarship Fund, Bobo requested that checks and/or money orders be made payable to "PA TAP" and sent to my address. I will then forward the checks (with Cami's Fund account #) to PA TAP. Please PM me and I'll send you my address. Also, per Bobo, PA TAP matches dollar for dollar! That means the $2,100.00 will actually be $4,200.00 for Cami come college time! YOU PEOPLE ROCK!! A HUGE thank you out to Scotty and the Left Coast Crew for all of their amazing efforts as well. What a party they threw on Saturday!! We are so humbled by the way you guys ROCK!!!! And, not to be forgotten, a check in the amount of $175.00 goes out to the Greyhound Rescue foundation! And let's not forget the $89.00 that was collected for the Yonrico Scott Medical Fund. A check is on it's way... I just heard something the other day, "A full heart can accomplish anything". How very true. We would all so like to thank you for your generous support. God Bless you all.
