When I saw ABB back in '88, during the Seven Turns tour, they played at the Tampa Fairgrounds. This was the tour that followed the one in support of the Dreams boxset, when Warren and Woody and Johnny Neel had joined the band. Anyway, without any introduction they walked onstage. It sounded like they were tuning up, all the stage lights were off, and then you realized they were working their way into the opening of Les Bres. Things got real quiet, and Gregg counted 1-2-3 and they launched into DWYNM/NMCTB. It was just magic! A great opener! I believe they also played Shine It On that night; a song I wish they would revisit. On another note, I don't post here often, but I do check in everyday to see what is going on in our world. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful community of people with a love for this music. Tomorrow I go in for surgery and if you could send a good thought my way I would greatly appreciate it. I know the powers this site has! I will see you all on the other side. EAPFP
