Regarding the March Bandness, the DJ's make the picks and assign the seeds(?), probably the same DJ's as when you were around Michigan Lee, Ken Calvert, JJ Johnson, Karen Savelly. There is definitely no qualifier that would exclude Seger (ie not currently working) as Hendrix is one of the picks, he definitely isn't currently working. Actually, Seger has been recording in Nashville for the past few months, he met some band that was recording at the same time, Three Doors Down??, something like that, and they ask him to do back up vocals on one of their songs, which he did. I don't know what kind of stations plays it, but it's something like Flying into Paris? I don't think they paid him, but he is actually working.
