LANA AND ROWLAND- please explain why ticketmaster cancelled my tickets and responds by telling me the ABB fan club was responsible and I have no recourse. I am a Peach Corp member and long time fan. I purchased thru pre-sale, used Amex and received confirmation for 3/15 Loge rowG 5/7 and 3/18 orchR 105. I was not notified about the cancellation. I found out Thursday when I called TM. I e-mailed you yesterday morning but no reply yet. Why was my order cancelled? Why wasn't I notified? Why order thru pre-sale if this is the result? Please respond.
