ok to simplify things and help everyone nail down their schedule, here is a list of the "must do" parties during the beacon run:
1. Jello Shot Party. 3/18 (friday). 4PM - showtime at the Beacon Hotel. hosted by the Hospitality sweeties. PM one of us for the room assignment or follow the crowd....
2. Left Coast Party and family jam 3/19 (Saturday) 4pm to showtime at the beacon hotel Conference room. hosted by the left coast crew and the big men.
3. Cosmic Raffle 3/18 4-showtime and 3/19 noon-6. to be held in a one bedroom suite, contact one of the sweeties for the room assignment. Drawing to be held at 6:00 saturday 3/19 in the suite. it is suggested that you be present or have a representative nearby to ease prize distribution...(we cannot ship prizes to you if you win)
4. HTN party - 3/12 in the conference room of the Beacon Hotel -contact joe bell for details
5. Gin Mill party 3/19 (saturday) 4:00 to showtime.
