...about RickT's ACLS certification. I know what he went through and have seen nurses cry because of it.
Most people do not understand what you get when you call 911. Is an ambulance coming with just EMT's, or is one coming that is ACLS certified? Big difference. Paramedics must have this certification, nurses do not, unless they are working in an area that requires it. Rick must've taken this step and was hammered regarding his knowledge. No mistakes can be made in this area. Nothing can be forgotten.
Ask yourself...what do YOU want me to remember when I am working to save the life of your loved one? Rick doesn't sell shoes; he devotes his life to saving lives and certified at the highest level. I'd trust him with my family.
(Does he deserve to be hit upside the head sometimes? Yes.)
