Okay Eddie P. and Linus or anybody else out there with the answer. There was a Joni Mitchell concert on video from that era (?) I can't remember all the players, but I do know Pat Metheny was on guitar and Jaco Pastorius was on bass. What stands out about that show was Jaco's bass solo. It started out jazzy then wound up into a Hendrix tribute complete with leaving his bass feeding back on a stand. Awesome show! Does anybody know anything about this show? I know you used to find it a video rentals (which seem to have gone the way of vinyl now.) I also remember as the show ended and the camera pulled back and the credits rolled the scene was very reminescent of the Miles of Aisles album cover. The last time I saw this was 20 years ago and hash was involved so.......it could be a total figment of the old imagination, but I don't think so. Easy Michael? Anybody remember this?
