hey, i wanted to send out a big HUG to everyone on the guestbook who has supported me and my kitty Pi through our recent crisis. i am pleased to say that we visited Pi at the vet today, and he is about 100% better than yesterday.
if it was up to the vet, we would have had him put to sleep thursday.... 😡
but i put my faith in god and found the proper support group to help me understand the challenges a cat with CRF faces and decided that i CAN handle this, for his sake. Pi can be expected to live a normal life for many more months as long as i am vigilent with his medication (which involves and injection daily of sub q fluids). His quality of life will not suffer as long as he is fully hydrated.
this is the least i can do for our little Pi guy. he was so happy to see doug and i today he was purring and meowing like he was a kitten again.
wow. what a difference! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! 🙂
love, Linnie and Pi (meow!)
