Hopped on the bus for my first Dead show in London during their '72 tour. Still riding. 30 years sounds too long. where does the time go? seemed like yesterday.
A friend said if you like the Dead, you'll love these.. and gave me Eat a Peach. I still have that old cardboard cover with the fabulous artwork on it. The lp still plays great despite being played for so long and so much spilled upon it. First ABB show sometime in the 80's in Syracuse. Never had such a good time. So fortunate to have all this great music and these guys who keep on keepin' on in their many and varied musical reincarnations.
