Fox Week!!!! As far as those 2000 shows, there were times when I listened with my eyes shut and it felt like I was listening to the original lineup. Especially the versions of Dreams, they played that year. Derek playing the entire solo, really had an incredible Duane spirit to it. He's just taking it further and further, these days. I listened to a DTB show from 94, this past weekend. He had the straight blues, Duane style down pat, back then. It amazes me, how much his playing keeps moving forward since then. Thinking a lot about the Bird family and wish continued strength and healing.
