Okay. Just got off the phone with TM. At first, they said all they could do was to leave my tix at will call if I didn't receive them within 48 hours of the event. When I told them that was unaccaptable since I was travelling a great distance for the shows, the lady checked with her supervisor, came back and asked if I wanted the "Ticket-Fast" option where you print them from your computer. They offered to waive the $2.50 per order charge to do so.
It took over 30 minutes, but I now have three of the four pairs I ordered. The lady said I should have them all within a half hour.
I would prefer to have regular tix, but at least I know I'm in the door. I have used this service before and it works. They just scan your printout at the door.
Oh, and I might add that although I'm a bit frusterated with them, it does pay to be polite. They weren't going to do anything for me and probably wouldn't have had I been rude to them.
