If you go to phillesh.net or philzone.com you can preview 30 second clips of all the tunes on the new Phil & Friends CD. As a big fan of Warren in this setting (but not a big fan of some of the in-between-song-extended-jamming) I'm looking forward to this CD. It looks like Warren has lead vocals on 4-5 tunes and harmonies throughout.
I'm a bit disapointed that only Phil Lesh appeared on the cover and not the entire band. The Phil Columbia website promotes them as a band for sure.
I hope the DTB don't just have Derek on the cover of the new album when it comes out this summer. I'd love to see all 5 guys be on the cover...We shall see.
