Just a quick shout out to Lammie and everyone who made it up to LamJam this weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had a wonderful time. This gig just keeps getting better. I am happy that my husband Duane finally made it to a gathering (aside from Jello Shot Boot Camp that is kind of thrown on him - he is the only guy allowed to be anywhere near that gathering and only because he lives there!) and was able to meet some of the fine people I consider family: Lammie, Ang, Martin, Sari, Dan, Jeanne, Johnny, Barry, Joanne, Jim, Buka, Janet, Mitch and Marie as well as Lam's local posse and relatives. Just a tremendous group of people.
Terri B, thanks for putting up with the crazy Winner family! I know it was not an easy car ride for you!! I know it was even worse BEFORE we left the house!!! lol!! Dr. Phil has nothing on you baby!!! LOL!!
The music surpassed all expectations. I knew Barry played, but did not know he PLAYED!!!!! He and Lam were just ripping it up. Mitch and Johnny, you guys slay me sweeties! Martin, I am in awe. Can't imagine what you'll sound like by the time you're a teenager! Talent runs in the family.
Anyway a wonderful time was had by all. Again I found myself just needing a pinch to make sure it was all real. I've said it before and I'll say it again... I am a lucky girl. A lucky girl indeed. Thank you once more to my "family".
PS - The weather held out for us, too. We are lucky!
PPS - Thanks Barry for all of the music - again! I will definitely be going to the Jammy's next year.
