If this is where this band is - two shows into the second leg - it's going to get really, really sick in a few days. Get ready Conn/NY/NJ!!! This band is taking old songs where they've never gone before and continuing their evolution...and they nailed all the new ones tonight! Nailed 'em! Unbelievable guitars - solos and interplay - call and response, gettin high/getting low - down and dirty. Listened to my Instant Live CDs after the concert on the way to where I'm staying. It's so wonderful hearing the soundboard/audience mix that Slim puts together. Gregg and Warren's vocals are crystal clear...you can hear every heartfelt lyric. Hittin' the Note will have these for sale sometime in October! It rained so hard before the show that we couldn't set up our HTN tent. The weather broke in time for the show and the crowd was really into the band. Boston has such a knowledgeble audience. Great to see the interaction between the band and these fans! Two shows in a row under my belt - nothin' matters but the fever! JNB
