well, now, seriously, i happen to have what's called personal knowledge about what's involved -- the work involved on lana's (and others') part, the potential for miscommunication and changes of plan, and frankly, lest someone misunderstand, the aspect of the ticket agency running these sorts of things (in loose coordination with management), so what i said a minute ago, just take it at face value and not as sarcasm. interestingly enough (to me, anyway) i think my friends and i were in on what was possibly the very first HTW-connected ABB presale, 6 and a half years ago, in 1998, and boy, did a lot of things go awry (to my personal benefit, tee hee) in that. in other words, those of y'all that moan about TM, and how those've gone, don't even start on this one. you want 'em to use someone other than Satan, well, Satan's got it down cold. right? hopin' to make the fam' happy when our presale takes place - see ya! michael's right -- it ALWAYS works itself out for us!
