New 335 in NY area....$2250. Most stores will come down on that a bit, maybe a hundred off or so. New ES-333...$1200 (out the door price, w/case), as was the story at Guitar Center in Carle Place. A used 335, not "vintage"...played, but not a special model or year, may be available for $1500, (as per my local guitar shop).
Thanks for all the shopping tips...I'll check them out as time permits. Wish I had a week just to shop, as I love to shop for guitars as much as Carrie (Sex and The City) liked to shop for shoes.
