I'm glad you, Kay and company had a great time at the HW Fest last night. I'm looking forward to my LRP turn on the 19th... Sounds like there will be a big showing of the extended family in Winder.... sure wish you and Kay could make it up.
Big thanks to my sis, bluefox, for the recent gift of Tell The Truth, LRP's latest album recorded in Muscle Shoals and produced by LRP and Johnny Sandlin. This a very bluesy album and it's superb... great sound, excellent musicians and guests galore. Bonnie Bramlett, Delbert McClinton, Keb Mo and a beautiful hand clappin' gospel tune with the Mississippi Mass Choir.
I highly recommend this disc. Thanks again, Carol. I'm really enjoying it!
