yeah I got a ticket:cop: $130.00$, seems the revenes are down in colorado springs, I was about to get sideswiped in my beautiful camaro by a well beat truck and sped up to avoid a collision, when I asked the officer if he saw the truck that was about to hit me he said I should have slowed down,but right here in the Colorado Driving manual it says;
SPEEDING UP sometimes is the best or NECESSARY to speed up to avoid a collision. This may happen when another vehicle is about to hit you from the side or behind and there is room to the front of you to get out of danger........no he wasnt to concerned I was shaken up:freaked: or that I have over 160000 miles 14 years of local street driving with no violations, he was concerned with getting out and writing more tickets......I think I will fight this one.......later that day my buddy got a 130.00 ticket also.....
