:waving: Lana! I just got home! I just LOVE Jaimoe! He played with a whole band tonight, 3 guitars, a bass, and a keyboard player and the show was good! Burt Teague is a wonderful player! Chris T(?) is great guitarist too! I met Chris outside the bar during the set break and he was talking with another guy and I knew I recognized the voice but couldn't figure out how. Then Chris told me it was Tommy Booth!:) So I got to meet him after I went back inside and found him with Jaimoe. I introduced myself, just as "Pam" and he immediately knew who I was! Jaimoe made a funny too and says to my friend he remembered her from the last home gig at the Marriott hotel, but she wasn't there, so she looked at me questioningly, and I just laughed! Jaimoe just always makes me laugh! They played an excellent instrumental of "When A Man Loves A Woman", they played Guilty, Not Fade Away, Encored with Southbound. I wont try for a set list because even though I recognized some of the songs, I can't tell you the titles. Maybe Tommy will fill in some of the blanks later on. At set break I had only talked to Jai for a minute, and after the show he came over to me and apologized for not talking with me more earlier, so we chatted for a little bit and I got some good laughs in... I told him Goliath and MissElf send their love and he says, "Who?" I repeat and he says "Who?" again so I just laugh. He said hello and love back to Goliath and MissElf. A few folks were asking Jaimoe if he ever checks in on the site here and he said "No, I don't know how to use that thing to check anything but email." After a few more silly moments, I got a hug and said I would see him soon, maybe on the 6th of May with Pete Schieps and he says, "Who?" 😆 I left with a smile and a giggle as I always do when I catch Jai in the home state! I am happy he is a neighbor!:D My friends were there with their camera so I know we will have some pictures up around here sometime soon!:bounce: Oh yeah, and no one ever asked for my $5 so it was a free show and a lot of giggles, some good music, and love from Jaimoe and I tell you, that is priceless!
