Sang, That is A&E's :"City Confidental" show. The footage you mention is from '95, my freshman year at the University of Georgia in Athens (Go Dawgs!). What they show a few times throughout the show is the downtown area by the Georgia Theatre where the Mule was playing that night (you can see Gov't Mule on the marquee out front). That was when Kirk was their tour manager and he is hanging out by the bus talking with folks. I know it was '95 because they show footage of the Georgia-Auburn football game from that year, one of the most exciting as well as coldest football games I have ever attended! City Confidental is a pretty cool show, but it is even better when you have a bit of a personal connection with some of the things they show. Awww the Classic City, Athens, GA. As the t shirt reads "...a drinking town with a football problem", although the football problem has been fixed. Or another one of my favorites "Athens, Ga...educating alcoholics since 1785."
