Bird... he is one the best ever these untrained ears have heard...
and you are right... unique .. prominent..driving...
he really added to JB's Pretender album too...
he and lee sklar(sp?) on bass were an excellent tandem...
i can't recall what exactly happened to him but Brofan told me.. and it was a very tragic ending...
