Congrats to UCONN. They are a great team, beat up a very good GT team. Wish it was a closer game as my interest wained by Half time, the outcome was never in doubt by then. I went to bed before the game ended.
I am gonna have to pick up the Feat DVD. Pearl Jam's 2000 tour DVD is really very good if you like their music. i have closing at Winterland and it is an excellent DVD. Jerry is in fine form. The interview guys are really weak so don't bother with that . The Blues brothers are fun for the two tunes but The New Riders section could have been better. They were not filmed at Winterland which is a shame. The sound is great but after seeing other DVD releases the quality of the technology in 78 versus now is amazing
Stormy, The Band and Dead 73 Roosevelt was my first show ever. We have been to the same shows just not together, especially the JG shows at the Capital but I hope that changes with Red Rocks in July
The Drummers that stood out when I was growing up besides the ABB, was Billy Cobham and Lenny White, Richard Hayward of Little Feat was/is one of my favorites as is Molo of P+F
