Red Dog, if you think people are putting you down, maybe it's because you're making assertions about the quality of music that you didn't even hear. (And also because most of your posts here seem to do the same thing.) I saw three shows this March, and they were incredible. It's not the same band it was years ago, but it's a remarkable band anyway. As far as the quality of the musicianship goes, I don't think any recent incarnation of the Allmans can touch it.
And I'm sure you know Warren better than I ever will, Dog, but from my encounters with him I can't believe that Warren is in anything just for Warren.
