Reading Josh's review of the final night leads me to believe that might have been the best show they've done in years. I would have LOVED to have been there. With the current lineup, horns seem to really blend well. Adds a lighter touch. Also, real pleased to see that Mike Mattison got to sing with the band. He's a great talent who can stand toe-to-toe with these guys. Of course I can't get enough of Susan T and the pacing of the set looked perfect...nice amount of upbeat tunes & hits to satisfy all.... I recently started playing a Howlin' Wolfe compilation a lot around the house, so Hubert Sumlin (sp?) would have been a real treat that I would have appreciated more now than ever. Who's got the best sounding tape of this one???... Tim
