Wow Scotty, I had a major issue with the HTN folks myself, but it had nothing to do with me. I think if you look in that issue that you got so late, you'd find some real things to complain to them about that are a lot more important than customer service. Like, what happened to the mag being about the ABB? Were there any articles pertaining to the ABB in any of the last 3 or 4 issues? Is it the "Official" fan mag for Allmaniacs anymore? And why did they HAVE to print that letter from Larry Brantley doing nothing more than slamming Red Dog? I wrote to tell them directly of my disappointment and disgust over that fact alone. A couple of emails ensued after that and as far as I'm concerned, I don't have any enemies at HTN, but I still think they showed very little class printing that letter and nothing any of 'em have said to me either through email or in Macon at GABBA this weekend changed my mind on that score. Customer service issues are important, yeah, but they're hardly the only thing one could find to complain about regarding HTN these days. Peace, Tom S.
