I'm not a frequent poster, but I've just got to say thanks to our boys for a great run. And to everybody on the site who got us "second weekenders" excited before we even hit NYC. Seeing the shows on the 26th and 27th was amazing. When they started to go into "Walk on Gilded Splinters" I went crazy! So many highlights, both nights. To hear Dreams and Liz Read in one night. We're truly blessed to have the Brothers around, long after so many other band s of our era (I'm dating myself) are gone or living on past glory. What a dynamic, always interesting unit the ABB has become. Just watching the 3 percussionists from the balcony where you could see what they're all doing was like watching a Swiss watch movement (but with a lot better sound!) Warren has once again helped bring the brothers back to life. Derek is just channeling for the guitar gods--that's the only way to explain such talent in one so young. Oteil adds such a great sound to the band. And Gregg couldn't be in better voice. I count myself as one of the luckiest fans on earth. Thanks again guys.
Now, just have to wait for the summer dates at Great Woods (oops, Tweeter Center).
