Here's a THANKS!! post..... In no particular order... Thank you Pam for your presence here and being a friend and for the info PM (I actually thought it was BT!) Big Thanks to Jason Rosenfeld for the taping job on the 19th and 20th - and for sending the shows out my way - I've only listened to set 1 from the 20th so far, and this band has become incredible! Funny...I was going to ask "Hey, who are the backing vocals by?"...before I realized it was all of you folks in the audience...sounded great! Last and certainly not least THANK YOU to each and everyone one of you who signed the card that I just got today...looks like it was from the Left Coast Party?? ...I also think I know who was behind the idea, but just in case I'm wrong I won't really single EP out - ha! I was thinking about writing something about what I've heard so far from this year's Beacon shows, but I wouldn't be able to do them justice....no other group of musicians have ever been able to have that "effect" on me...and by "that group" I mean not just this specific current group of 7, but but just about every lineup back to the ultimate original 6....I got hooked some 30 odd years ago and I'm still hooked. It's like this music is a satisfying fit - like the last piece of a jigsaw puzzle into my brain... ...sorry about that vision...I guess my synapses will Never really fire in their original order again..lol!
