HOT TICKETS -- Plan now for summer. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 online only for the "Nissan Xterra License to Rock" package of six shows at Nissan Pavilion: Fleetwood Mac, May 26; Styx, Peter Frampton and Nelson, June 26; Hall & Oates, Michael McDonald and the Average White Band, July 2; Boston, July 6; Rush, Aug. 3; and the Allman Brothers Band with Little Feat, Sept. 30.
