A familiar voice!! I think I know it! "We love the Allman Brothers Band." Welcome back HR. Still disturbs me that I understand everything you say! Hope you like it, Little Sister. Reread my post, sounded a bit grumpy. 'Twas supposed to be tounge-in-cheek, kinda' like Bird. The group I went to see Jimmy Hall with journeyed to H'ville for the Subdudes Fri. They're still buzzing. They saw the sun come up. We all wanted to go to Duluth, just couldn't handle trying to be fully functional this morning. FYI, middle age sucks. An interesting Berry story: I was out early Sun. at GABBA, spent some time with Candace's husband Buffort at Rose Hill. He was telling me that Berry was an outstanding lead player in Chicago. Said he knew he could never distinguish himself that way, with all the blues guitarists in Chicago at that time. Said he figured the bass was his ticket out of Chicago. A decision that changed the world. Remembering Toy today too, Brent. Got a great story about him and Chestnut Station. I'll tell you tonight. EAPFP
